Aurora Cannabis reports record fiscal 2026 revenue of $288.6 million
Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) reported record annual global medical cannabis net revenue of $288.6 million for fiscal 2026, representing 18% year-over-year growth. The Canada-based medical cannabis company also achieved record annual adjusted EBITDA of $53.8 million, a 32% increase from the prior year.
For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, total net revenue was $84.8 million compared to $76.8 million in the prior year period, marking a 10% increase. Medical cannabis net revenue of $77.1 million represented 91% of Aurora's consolidated net revenue for the quarter.
The company completed the acquisition of Safari Flower Company in April 2026 for total consideration of $26.5 million, adding a 59,000 square foot EU-GMP certified indoor cultivation and manufacturing facility. Aurora also divested its 50.1% ownership interest in Bevo Agtech Inc. in February 2026.
Aurora maintains a cash position of approximately $164.7 million in cash, short-term investments and cash equivalents with no debt. However, the company reported a net loss from continuing operations of $27.6 million for the fourth quarter, compared to a net loss of $12.1 million in the prior year period.
For fiscal 2027, Aurora expects total net revenue to decline and be more in line with fiscal 2025 results, following changes in Canadian medical pricing partially offset by international growth in Germany and Poland. The company projects adjusted gross margins in the mid-to-high fifties and lower annual adjusted EBITDA compared to the prior fiscal year due to revised reimbursed pricing affecting net revenue and gross profit contributions.
Aurora serves medical markets across Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand with manufacturing facilities in Canada and Germany. The company has strategically exited its consumer cannabis and plant propagation businesses to focus resources on global medical cannabis operations.
