Althoff will receive compensation through the standard program for independent directors, as detailed in the company's proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 12, 2026, for the annual shareholder meeting held May 5, 2026.

The company has not yet assigned Althoff to any board committees, according to the announcement made June 8, 2026.
