GENESIS Pharma expands Alnylam partnership to Nordic markets
GENESIS Pharma announced the expansion of its commercial partnership with Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ALNY) to include Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The agreement grants GENESIS Pharma rights to commercialize Alnylam's RNAi therapeutics for cardiomyopathy conditions and rare genetic diseases in these four Nordic markets.
The partnership, originally established in 2019, previously covered 13 Southeast European markets including Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Malta, and Kosovo. The expansion brings GENESIS Pharma's total coverage to 17 European markets.

GENESIS Pharma, established in 1997 and based in Athens, Greece, specializes in commercializing biopharmaceutical products for severe and rare diseases across 24 European countries. Alnylam Pharmaceuticals develops RNAi therapeutics, which use RNA interference technology to silence disease-causing genes.
