June 10, 2026 7:32 AM

PMGC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAB) announced that its precision manufacturing subsidiaries are positioned to serve the expanding space exploration industry. The company's three wholly owned operating companies - A&B Aerospace Inc., SVM Machining Inc., and AGA Precision Systems LLC - hold ITAR registration and AS9100 certification to serve aerospace, defense, satellite, and space exploration customers.

The subsidiaries provide precision machining, fabrication, and complex component manufacturing for space launch systems, spacecraft components, and satellite manufacturing. According to the company, these operations target supply chains for launch vehicles, propulsion systems, orbital platforms, and satellite systems.

PMGC reported that space-related work represented approximately 5.7% of total revenue across its operating companies over the past two years. The subsidiaries have established customer relationships with SpaceX, Moog, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

The company cited industry data showing the global space economy reached $613 billion in 2024, up 7.8% year-over-year according to The Space Foundation. McKinsey and the World Economic Forum have projected the sector could grow to approximately $1.8 trillion by 2035, though PMGC noted these figures do not represent projections of its own financial performance.

PMGC operates as a diversified holding company managing portfolios through acquisitions and investments across various industries. The company stated it plans to position its U.S.-based manufacturing platform to serve expanding space exploration, satellite, and aerospace supply chains.
