Pacira BioSciences stockholders elect all three director nominees
Pacira BioSciences Inc. (NASDAQ: PCRX) announced that stockholders elected all three of the company's director nominees at its 2026 annual meeting. The elected directors are Christopher Christie, Samit Hirawat and Thomas Wiggans.
The preliminary results were provided by the company's proxy solicitor, D.F. King & Co. Inc. Final results will be tabulated and certified by an independent inspector of elections and reported in a Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC served as financial advisor and Perkins Coie LLP acted as legal counsel to Pacira for the meeting.
Pacira develops non-opioid pain therapies and has three commercial-stage treatments: EXPAREL, a long-acting local analgesic; ZILRETTA, an extended-release injection for osteoarthritis knee pain; and iovera, a device for drug-free pain control using controlled cold temperatures. The company is advancing PCRX-201, a gene therapy for osteoarthritis of the knee, in Phase 2 clinical development.
