ZipRecruiter Inc. (NYSE: ZIP) announced the launch of a connector that integrates its job marketplace with Anthropic's Claude AI assistant. The integration allows job seekers to search for positions through conversational interactions with the AI platform.

The connector provides access to ZipRecruiter's job listings through Claude's interface. Users can search by typing job titles and locations, then receive curated job matches displayed on visual job cards showing salary, location and benefits information. Job seekers can view additional details and apply directly through ZipRecruiter's platform.

"Great AI job search experiences still depend on trusted marketplaces with real employers, real-time listings, and deep matching data," said Ian Siegel, CEO of ZipRecruiter. "By bringing our marketplace into Claude, we're making it easier for job seekers to move from conversation to action."

To use the service, job seekers connect to ZipRecruiter through Claude's connector directory, then start searches by typing job criteria. The system allows users to refine results by specifying preferences including salary requirements, distance, remote work options, experience level and employment type.

The connector is available in Claude's directory, with additional functionality planned for future releases. ZipRecruiter operates an online employment marketplace that connects job seekers with employers through matching technology.
