June 9, 2026 5:56 AM

monday.com (NASDAQ: MNDY) appointed Ben Barnett as general manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the company announced. Barnett has worked at the AI work platform company for five years and previously led operations in the UK and Ireland since 2021.

The appointment follows EMEA revenue growth of 26% year-over-year in 2025 for the Tel Aviv-based company. monday.com expanded its London headquarters to 80,000 square feet across three floors, housing more than 370 employees, and added offices in Paris and Munich. The EMEA region employs more than 2,250 people across London, Munich, Paris, Tel Aviv and Warsaw.

Barnett will focus on executing the company's EMEA go-to-market strategy, developing partnerships and supporting the company's AI work platform. He is based in London and brings a decade of experience in senior business-to-business sales roles at software companies.

"EMEA has been one of monday.com's most exciting growth stories, and I've had the privilege of living it from the inside," Barnett said in a statement.

Casey George, chief revenue officer at monday.com, said Barnett "has been instrumental in shifting our EMEA business into a higher gear" and was present during the inception of the London office.

The company recently transformed its product from a work management solution to an AI work platform that combines people and automated agents. monday.com serves over 250,000 customers worldwide with products including work management, customer relationship management and development tools.
