PagerDuty names Ingram Micro exclusive distributor in Australia
PagerDuty Inc. (NYSE: PD) has appointed Ingram Micro as its exclusive distributor in Australia, expanding the company's regional channel strategy.
The distribution agreement allows PagerDuty to use Ingram Micro's distribution network and partner ecosystem to increase adoption of its Operations Cloud platform in the Australian market. Ingram Micro will add PagerDuty to its Australia line card and cloud marketplaces as part of the arrangement.
Under the agreement, both companies will collaborate on partner recruitment and training programs. The partnership will enable solution providers to bundle PagerDuty's incident management platform with complementary technologies including observability and IT operations management tools.
"Australia represents a high-growth, innovation-driven market where organisations are managing increasingly complex, always-on digital environments," said Callum Eade, vice president of Sales, APAC at PagerDuty. The executive stated the exclusive distribution model aims to provide faster access to PagerDuty's platform for Australian enterprises.
John Brown, Senior General Manager at Ingram Micro, said the partnership strengthens the distributor's portfolio across observability, incident management, and DevOps solutions.
PagerDuty's Operations Cloud platform uses artificial intelligence to detect, diagnose, and resolve operational issues. The company serves approximately two-thirds of the Fortune 100 and nearly half of the Fortune 500, according to the press release statement.
The agreement targets enterprise customers across financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and eCommerce sectors in Australia. These organizations face increasing pressure to maintain operational uptime and system resilience.
