BluIP and NiCE expand partnership for unified communications platform

June 8, 2026 1:53 PM

BluIP announced an expanded partnership with NiCE (NASDAQ: NICE) to deliver an integrated Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution. The integration combines BluIP's Cloud PBX solutions with NiCE's CXone platform.

The partnership enables existing NiCE CXone customers to replace on-premise phone systems with BluIP's cloud solution. The integrated platform extends AI-powered capabilities beyond contact centers to include back-office teams, clinical staff, and administrative departments.

The solution includes centralized call recording and enterprise-wide analytics for compliance and coaching across organizations. AI-generated call summaries transfer between CXone and BluIP Cloud PBX environments, allowing employees to review summaries before connecting with transferred calls.

Through the integration, organizations can replace legacy systems with cloud-based architecture, incorporate UCaaS and CCaaS call recordings into CXone's ecosystem, and apply quality management tools to enterprise calls. The platform provides unified dashboards and presence management capabilities.

"Guests, customers and patients interact with your entire organization — not just your contact center," said Armen Martirosyan, CEO at BluIP. "By integrating our UCaaS solutions and NiCE CXone CCaaS at the carrier level, we enable enterprises to apply the same AI-driven oversight, compliance, and insight across every call."

Dan Belanger, President of NiCE Americas, stated that the integration extends intelligence beyond contact centers across enterprises, enabling seamless interactions and compliance capabilities.

BluIP operates as a NiCE UCaaS Authorized Reseller. The company has provided AI-powered cloud communications since 2011, serving hospitality, healthcare, and distributed enterprises. NiCE's platforms are used across 150+ countries worldwide.
