June 8, 2026 8:00 AM

Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) appointed Michele Fisher as chief marketing officer, the company announced. Fisher joins from Microsoft where she served as global strategy director advising retailers and consumer goods brands on AI-driven commerce transformation.

The appointment follows Rezolve Ai's reported first quarter 2026 revenue of $60 million, which exceeded the company's entire audited revenue for full-year 2025. The company increased its 2026 revenue guidance to $360 million and reported 543% growth in the second half of 2025.

Fisher previously worked at Amazon Ads where she helped pioneer retail media and served as adjunct faculty with the Future of Commerce Initiative at Harvard Business School. At Microsoft, she was recognized as a top 1% speaker and thought leader at the company's Executive Briefing Center.

"Michele is exactly the kind of leader we want at Rezolve Ai at this stage of our growth," said Daniel M. Wagner, chairman and CEO of Rezolve Ai. "She has stood at the center of the AI and commerce revolution, working with many of the world's most important brands."

Fisher said the company has "the infrastructure" needed for what she called an "autonomous decision economy." She added that brands "must be seen and chosen, whether by humans or the agents shopping on their behalf."

Rezolve Ai operates what it calls Brain Suite, an AI platform designed for commerce applications. The company is expanding across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
