Brady Corporation names Vineet Nargolwala as new CEO
Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC) announced that Vineet Nargolwala will succeed Russell Shaller as chief executive officer effective June 8, 2026. Shaller will retire after 11 years with the company and remain in a consultative position until August 1, 2026.
Nargolwala, who has served on Brady's board of directors for four years, previously served as president and CEO of Allegro MicroSystems from June 2022 to February 2025. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Sensata Technologies and approximately 10 years at Honeywell in senior leadership roles.
The Milwaukee-based company manufactures identification and protection solutions including labels, signs, safety devices, printing systems and software. Brady reported fiscal 2025 sales of approximately $1.51 billion and employed about 6,400 people worldwide as of July 31, 2025.
Board Chair Bradley Richardson stated that during Shaller's tenure as CEO, the company's market value increased nearly 90%. The company achieved five consecutive years of organic sales growth and record earnings per share under his leadership.
The board cited Nargolwala's experience with the announced acquisition of Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services business as a factor in his appointment. Nargolwala participated in the board's assessment and decision regarding the acquisition.
Nargolwala will remain a member of the board of directors while serving as CEO. The transition comes as Brady prepares to complete what the company describes as its most significant acquisition.
