Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Limited announced that eligible clients can participate in the initial public offering of Space Exploration Technologies Corp, known as SpaceX, ahead of the company's planned listing on Nasdaq.

The offering period is scheduled to run from June 4 to 6:00 PM on June 10, 2026, according to the company's statement. Participation is limited to clients who are tax resident and located in the United Kingdom.

Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Limited is part of Interactive Brokers Group (NASDAQ: IBKR). The company stated that eligible clients can review the offering and submit applications through the IBKR platform during the specified period.

Participation requires meeting eligibility criteria, and allocation will follow SpaceX's allocation policy based on the number of shares Interactive Brokers receives for distribution to clients. The company noted that allocation is not guaranteed.

To participate, clients must confirm eligibility, read SpaceX's prospectus and disclosure summary, submit an application before the deadline, and maintain sufficient US dollar equivalent funds in their accounts to cover any allocation.

A registration statement on Form S-1 relating to these securities has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. The SEC has not approved or disapproved of these securities.

The securities will not be admitted to listing on the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority or admitted to trading on a regulated market in the United Kingdom.
