May 27, 2026 9:00 AM

Datadog Inc. (NASDAQ: DDOG) announced that its observability and security platform has received Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) High certification, according to a press release issued with partner Carahsoft Technology Corp.

The certification allows U.S. government agencies and contractors to use Datadog's platform for sensitive federal environments. FedRAMP High represents the program's most stringent security requirements for cloud services used by government entities.

"Achieving FedRAMP High certification places Datadog among a select group of tech companies certified to operate in highly sensitive Federal environments," said Emilio Escobar, CISO at Datadog. The certification "gives U.S. Government agencies and contractors the assurance they need to adopt Datadog for secure workloads."

The platform provides real-time visibility across government IT environments while meeting federal security standards. Government teams can use the system to detect and resolve issues before they affect mission-critical operations or citizen services.

Carahsoft serves as Datadog's Master Government Aggregator, facilitating procurement for public sector organizations. Steve Jacyna, Director of Innovative Cybersecurity Solutions at Carahsoft, stated the certification "provides Government agencies with the assurance needed to adopt a trusted, compliant solution for monitoring and securing complex environments."

Datadog's solutions are available through multiple government contract vehicles including GSA Schedule, NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement, and TIPS Contract. The company's platform combines observability and security tools designed for cloud environments and AI-powered applications.
