May 21, 2026 5:02 PM

Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) announced details of presentations from its oncology portfolio at the American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting scheduled for May 29 to June 2 in Chicago.

The company will present data in two plenary sessions. The first features primary event-free survival results from the Phase 3 LIBRETTO-432 study of adjuvant Retevmo (selpercatinib) in patients with stage IB-IIIA RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer. The second includes results from the Phase 3 investigator-initiated SARC041 study evaluating Verzenio (abemaciclib) in patients with advanced dedifferentiated liposarcoma.

Additional presentations include initial results from the Phase 1 NEXUS-01 study of LY4052031, an antibody drug conjugate targeting Nectin-4, in patients with advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma. Updated data from Kelonia Therapeutics' Phase 1 inMMyCAR study of KLN-1010, an anti-BCMA targeted in vivo CAR-T therapy for patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma, will also be presented.

Lilly's proposed acquisition of Kelonia Therapeutics was previously announced and is pending transaction closure, expected in the second half of 2026.

The presentations will also include data from programs in lung, breast and blood cancers, featuring compounds such as olomorasib for KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC, Jaypirca (pirtobrutinib) for chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and tersolisib for PIK3CA-mutant advanced solid tumors.

"We continue to grow the breadth and depth of the Lilly Oncology portfolio, with clinical programs in nearly every subspecialty of oncology," said Jacob Van Naarden, executive vice president and president of Lilly Oncology.

The LIBRETTO-432 results were selected for the ASCO Annual Meeting press program session scheduled for May 30.
