CRH names Aylwyn Bryan as CFO effective May 2026
CRH (NYSE: CRH) announced the appointment of Aylwyn Bryan as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 12, 2026, according to a company statement.
Bryan brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience, including 14 years with CRH. He most recently served as CFO of CRH's Americas Division and previously held roles as Head of Group Finance and Group Tax Director.
Bryan replaces Nancy Buese, who stepped down by mutual agreement and will remain with the company for three months to support the transition. The company stated that Buese's departure is not related to any disagreement regarding accounting practices, financial statements, financial guidance, internal controls or operations.
"We are pleased to announce Aylwyn's appointment as CFO," said Jim Mintern, CEO of CRH. "He has a deep understanding of CRH's business, has strong financial expertise and a proven track record of delivery for shareholders."
Bryan expressed his commitment to the role, stating he looks forward to working with the leadership team to maintain the company's financial discipline.
CRH describes itself as a provider of building materials with 83,000 employees across 4,000 locations. The company is a member of the S&P 500 Index.
