High Tide subsidiary distributes 7.6 tonnes of medical cannabis in germany
High Tide Inc. (NASDAQ: HITI) reported that its German subsidiary Remexian Pharma GmbH distributed 7.6 tonnes of medical cannabis during the second fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2026, according to preliminary data released by the company.
The distribution volume represents a 21% increase from the previous quarter and a 49% increase compared to the same period last year. High Tide owns a 51% stake in Remexian Pharma GmbH.
"Distributing 7.6 tonnes in a single quarter is not just a record for Remexian—it is clear evidence that our model is scaling in the largest medical cannabis market in Europe," said Raj Grover, founder and chief executive officer of High Tide.
Germany imported 201.1 tonnes of medical cannabis in 2025, more than doubling from 72.9 tonnes in the previous year, with over 93 tonnes coming from Canada, according to Germany's Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices.
The tonnage figures are preliminary and unaudited, subject to revision when the company completes its second fiscal quarter financial statements. High Tide plans to report complete second quarter 2026 financial results in June 2026.
High Tide operates cannabis retail locations in Canada through its Canna Cabana brand and entered the German market in 2025. Remexian Pharma GmbH imports and distributes medical cannabis products in Germany and holds licenses to import from 19 countries including Canada.
