Leonel Peralta, Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer of Accuray (NASDAQ: ARAY), departed from the Company effective April 26, 2026. Mr. Peralta’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board of Directors of the Company, or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
