Accuray names Paul Miele as chief commercial officer
Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) appointed Paul Miele as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective April 6, 2026, according to a company statement.
Miele will lead the radiation therapy systems provider's global commercial organization as the company advances its business transformation efforts. He brings nearly two decades of experience in global capital medical device businesses across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Most recently, Miele served as Business Unit Leader and General Manager for the MONARCH robotic platform at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where he led a commercial turnaround. In that role, he rebuilt the commercial operating model and generated double-digit percentage annual sales growth during his tenure. He previously held senior commercial positions at Globus Medical and Intuitive Surgical.
"Paul brings deep global commercial leadership experience and a strong track record of driving transformation and sales growth in complex medical technology businesses," said Steve La Neve, President and Chief Executive Officer of Accuray.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Miele will be responsible for defining and executing Accuray's global commercialization strategy across sales, marketing, pricing and market access, commercial partnerships, and launch excellence.

Accuray develops radiation therapy systems for cancer treatment and operates in over 70 countries. The Madison, Wisconsin-based company is headquartered with facilities worldwide.
