OneMedNet Corporation (NASDAQ: ONMD) reported real-world data revenue increased 329% year-over-year to $1.254 million in 2025, compared to $292,000 in 2024, according to a company statement.
The Minneapolis-based provider of real-world medical data said fourth quarter 2025 revenue reached $890,000. Total liabilities decreased from $19.7 million at December 31, 2024 to $5.1 million at December 31, 2025, representing a 74% reduction achieved through negotiated settlements and debt-to-equity conversions.
The company's shareholder deficit improved from $(16.0) million to $(3.0) million during the same period. OneMedNet said it discontinued its BEAM solution to focus on its real-world data business.
OneMedNet announced it has two pilot customers in contracting for its AI-driven iRWD platform powered by Palantir Foundry, with four additional customers expected in the second and third quarters of 2026. The company said each customer represents seven-figure subscription revenue potential over contract terms.
"Our 2025 performance marks a pivotal turning point for OneMedNet," said Aaron Green, CEO and President. "We have successfully sunset our BEAM solution along with the expenses associated with it, allowing us to focus fully on our Real-World Data business achieving meaningful revenue acceleration, dramatically improving our balance sheet, and launching the next generation of our platform."
The company said customer feedback indicates cohort discovery timelines reduced from weeks to minutes and the ability to query over one billion data points with results returned in seconds. OneMedNet projects 4x platform growth by the end of 2026.
