Bain & Company announced an expansion of its management consulting partnership with Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) to provide artificial intelligence transformation services to clients globally.

The consulting firm said the expanded partnership builds on a collaboration that began in May 2025. The arrangement combines Palantir's AI and automation technology with Bain's business transformation expertise to help clients with data-driven decision making and operational efficiency.

Under the expanded agreement, Bain will work with Palantir to provide access to the company's enterprise AI technology, including its AIP and Foundry platforms, to a broader client base. The partnership will utilize Palantir's software and Forward-Deployed Engineers to implement AI use cases from strategic planning through operational deployment.

Palantir co-founder and CEO Alex Karp stated that the partnership "sets a new benchmark for enterprise AI transformation" by combining Bain's industry expertise with Palantir's AI platforms.

Bain's AI, Insights, and Solutions practice includes more than 1,500 professionals specializing in AI, data analytics, architecture, and engineering. The team provides services including machine-learning application implementation, technology architecture, and analytics strategy.
