Palantir partners with Moder to build AI mortgage platform
Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PLTR) announced a partnership with Moder to develop an AI-powered mortgage operations platform, with Freedom Mortgage serving as the first pilot customer.
The platform uses Palantir's Ontology to create an AI framework that integrates with existing mortgage systems. The technology translates operational guidelines and policies into configurable rules designed to help teams execute processes with improved precision and scale.
Freedom Mortgage has deployed the platform for several processes, with the companies reporting improvements in speed and accuracy. The platform is currently live in early deployments.

Moder President and CEO Erik Anderson stated the partnership combines mortgage industry expertise with Palantir's data and AI capabilities. He said the technology will accelerate the company's ability to deliver automated solutions to clients across multiple industries.
Mike Patterson, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Freedom Mortgage, said the company expects the partnership to impact operations and customer service speed.
Elias Davis from Palantir's Office of the CEO said the collaboration aims to unify data through the mortgage cycle and orchestrate AI workflows to serve homeowners more efficiently and accurately.
Moder, founded in 2021, provides technology and outsourcing services to financial institutions including banks, mortgage lenders, servicers, insurance companies and asset managers. The company is based in Miami and Boca Raton, Florida.
