Wells Fargo analyst Christian Wetherbee upgraded C.H. Robinson Worldwide (NASDAQ: CHRW) from Equal Weight to Overweight with a price target of $130.00 (from $118.00).
The analyst comments "We're upgrading to OW from EW and setting a $130 price target, as we see a unique opportunity for earnings to compound through '27, driven by improved execution (led by technology), which should lead to share gains and margin expansion. Technology Can Provide Two Positive Drivers - We think a key focus of the investor day will be on technology and whether it can produce two key earnings drivers for CH Robinson. First, the company needs to detail its new approach to sustainable share gains through more efficient order fulfillment and pricing. Second is productivity that technology (and AI specifically) can unlock through automation. If credible, these two initiatives can be key to driving compounding earnings growth."
