Credit Agricole's Caroline Levy upgraded shares of Pepsico (NYSE: PEP) from Underperform to Outperform Wednesday morning following news on Tuesday Relational Investors disclosed a position in the company. Levy's price target was raised from $66 to $75.

After closing up about 1 percent Tuesday, Pepsi shares are indicated about 0.5 percent higher this morning. With the stock last trading around $68.18, Levy's new price target implies potential upside of about 10 percent.
