Former Crazy Eddie CFO and convicted felon, Sam Antar, had a pretty scathing report on Interoil Corp. (NYSE: IOC) today discussing how banned stock promoter Carl Caserta is still working with the company, despite denials from IOC that Caserta "stopped working for InterOil" after the company found out that he was barred from the securities industry by the SEC. Antar said Caserta even has an active email address with the company still.
Antar is working with Barry Minkow's Fraud Discovery Institute in researching InterOil. Minkow is short the stock, but Antar has no position.
Despite today's report and other recent attacks by short-sellers, shares of InterOil are up 3.6% today and 192% YTD.
