Digital Ally changes name to Kustom Entertainment, shifts to live events

Digital Ally Inc. (NASDAQ: DGLY) announced it will change its name to Kustom Entertainment Inc. and begin trading under the ticker symbol "KUST" on January 8, 2026, reflecting a strategic shift toward live event production and online ticketing platforms.
The company also announced a 1-for-3 reverse stock split effective January 8, 2026. The number of outstanding shares will decrease from 1,898,436 to 632,812 following the split. The stock will receive a new CUSIP number of 25382T507.
The rebranding aligns the company's identity with its focus on the live entertainment sector, moving beyond its previous emphasis on video recording products for law enforcement and fleet safety. The company operates the Country Stampede Music Festival, now in its 30th year, which serves as a foundation for scaling live events nationally.

"By focusing our resources on live event production and our advanced ticketing platforms, we are capturing the immense demand for in-person experiences."
The company's ticketing platform provides integrated solutions for its own events and third-party venues. The 2026 Country Stampede will take place June 25-27, 2026, at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas.
Shareholders are not required to take any action regarding their stock certificates, as current shares will automatically represent the same number of shares in the renamed company. Securities Transfer Corporation will handle the certificate exchange process for stockholders of record.
The company cited Goldman Sachs data indicating the music industry generated $105 billion in revenue in 2024, with projections approaching $200 billion by 2035.
