Viomi Technology Co. (VIOT) Extends $10M Share Repurchase Plan

Viomi Technology Co., Ltd ("Viomi" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: VIOT), a leading IoT @ Home technology company in China, today announced that, as a part of the Company's continuous commitment to enhancing shareholder value, its board of directors has approved an extension of its existing share repurchase plan for another 12 months, under which the Company may repurchase up to US$10 million worth of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) for a period from October 25, 2022, to October 24, 2024. From the launch of the share repurchase plan to the date of this press release, the Company in aggregate purchased approximately US$415,289 worth of its ADSs in the open market pursuant to its share repurchase plan. The Company expects to fund the repurchases under the Share Repurchase Plan with its existing cash balance.
