SharpLink Gaming buys back 1 million shares at $16.67 average price

SharpLink Gaming Inc. (NASDAQ: SBET) purchased 1 million shares of its common stock at an average price of $16.67 per share as part of its ongoing stock buyback program announced in late August 2025, according to a company statement.
The company has repurchased a total of 1,938,450 shares since initiating the buyback program earlier this month, including the 1 million shares bought on September 15, 2025.
SharpLink reported its total ETH holdings increased to 838,152 tokens, valued at $3.86 billion as of September 14, 2025. The company generated 3,240 ETH in staking rewards since launching its treasury strategy on June 2, 2025.
The gaming company reported no capital was raised through its ATM facility during the week ending September 14, 2025. SharpLink's ETH concentration reached 3.97, representing an increase of over 98% since June 2, 2025.
As of September 14, 2025, SharpLink reported a net asset value of $3.86 billion, representing approximately $18.55 per fully diluted share, with no outstanding debt obligations. Nearly 100% of the company's ETH holdings are staked.

The Minneapolis-based company stated it expects to continue repurchasing shares based on market conditions using cash on hand, cash from operating activities, or alternative financing methods.
