Havas repurchases 5,000 shares in €50 million buyback program
Havas N.V. (EURONEXT: HAVAS) repurchased 5,000 shares between June 8 and June 12, 2026, at an average price of €17.0896 per share as part of its €50 million share buyback program announced May 13, 2026.
The Paris-based communications company has repurchased a total of 27,816 shares under the program through June 12, 2026, for a total consideration of €16.5777, according to a company statement.
The company publishes weekly updates on the share buyback program progress on its website every Monday. Havas operates in over 100 countries with approximately 23,000 employees.
