Empery Digital repurchases 9.4 million shares under $150 million program

Empery Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: EMPD) has repurchased 9,429,509 shares of its common stock under its $150 million share repurchase program as of October 24, 2025, according to a company statement.



The digital asset management company purchased the shares at an average price of $7.46 per share, including fees and commissions. The repurchases leave approximately $80 million available for future share buybacks under the program.



Following the repurchases, Empery Digital has 41,990,726 shares outstanding, accounting for the potential exercise of 3,913,538 pre-funded warrants. The company funded the share repurchases through borrowings under its $150 million credit facilities, of which $70 million has been drawn.



Empery Digital stated that management remains committed to increasing bitcoin per share through share repurchases at prices below net asset value. The company employs a bitcoin treasury strategy focused on aggregating bitcoin and maximizing bitcoin per share for shareholders.



The Austin, Texas-based company operates in digital asset management through blockchain technology and maintains bitcoin as part of its treasury strategy.
