Empery Digital repurchases 24.6 million shares under $200 million program
Empery Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: EMPD) has repurchased 24,640,671 shares of its common stock under its $200 million share repurchase program as of April 3, 2026, according to a company statement.
The company purchased the shares at an average price of $5.77 per share, including fees and commissions. Following the repurchases, Empery Digital has 31,417,783 shares outstanding, accounting for the potential exercise of 2,596,395 pre-funded warrants.
During the week ending April 3, 2026, the company sold 370 bitcoin at an average price of $66,632 per bitcoin, generating approximately $24.7 million in gross proceeds. The company held 2,989 bitcoin in its treasury as of April 3, 2026.
Empery Digital stated it continues to manage its capital structure while maintaining flexibility. The company indicated it may increase borrowing on its credit facility and reduce bitcoin holdings to fund future share repurchases.
