Dave & Buster's Entertainment (NASDAQ: PLAY) fell 15% after it reported second quarter EPS that trailed consensus estimates.

WEBTOON Entertainment (NASDAQ: WBTN) rose 75% after it announced that it and Disney entered into a non-binding term sheet for the development of an all-new digital comics platform that will feature current comic book runs and include decades of past comics from across Disney’s portfolio.

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) rose 2% after it announced that its board of directors authorized an additional $500 million for share repurchases on September 3, 2025.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: RKLB) fell 5% after it entered into a sales agreement with multiple investment banks to sell up to $750 million worth of common stock through an at-the-market offering program.

Oscar Health Inc. (NYSE: OSCR) fell 6.75% announced a proposed private offering of $350 million in convertible senior subordinated notes due 2030, according to a company statement.
