Effective June 16, 2026 (the “Effective Date”), James Cabral ceased serving as Chief Operating Officer of SpringBig Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and is no longer employed by the Company. Mr. Cabral’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
