(Nasdaq: BTBT) (“Bit Digital” or the “Company”) today announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) will be held on July 29, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and that it has filed its Definitive Proxy Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

 

Shareholders of record as of April 30, 2026 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
