Other Events

On July 1, 2024, Equity Bancshares, Inc. (“the Company”) completed its previously announced acquisition of KansasLand Bancshares, Inc. (“KansasLand”), the holding company of KansasLand Bank, pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated April 18, 2024, by and among the Company, KL Merger Sub, Inc., KansasLand.

A copy of the press release issued by the Company on July 2, 2024 reporting the closing of the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, including the cautionary language regarding forward-looking statements.
