Steve Ballmer Has 4% Stake in Twitter (TWTR) - Twitter Post

A twitter post purportedly from Steve Ballmer claims he has a 4% stake in Twitter (NYSE: TWTR).

There are questions surrounding the legitimacy of the account as it is not verified. However it has followers like Jack Dorsey.

Also there is a post at verified account @clippersteveb on October 1 saying "transitioning to a new Twitter account @Steven_Ballmer", which would suggest it is legit.

Also it is unclear if he meant 4% of his portfolio or a 4% stake.

UPDATE 11:32AM: Bloomberg is now confirming Ballmer has a 4% stake in Twitter.
