CNBC's Charlie Gasparino said Merrill Lynch (NYSE: MER) CEO John Thain is considering selling its BlackRock (NYSE: BLK) stake.
Gasparino said Thain doesn't want to dilute shareholders any more, so will consider selling assets, Blackrock or Bloomberg, to raise capital.
