China could be under reporting cornavirus (COVID-19) cases by at least 100,000 and "severely" under reporting the number of deaths, according to a tweet by Fox Business Correspondent Edward Lawrence, citing sources.

China yesterday reported 254 new deaths in a single day, the most since the outbreak began, and a sharp increase in those infected.

If today's rumor is true, the actual number of global cases exceeds 160,000.
