CAIRO (Reuters) - Egypt is expected to change its foreign, finance, petroleum, electricity and supply ministers in a long-awaited new cabinet, with Ahmed Kouchouk leading the finance ministry, state TV said on Tuesday, citing local channel ExtraNews.
Kouchouk was serving as a deputy to Mohamed Maait, finance minister since 2018 and a central figure in Egypt's negotiations with the International Monetary Fund.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court threw out the dismissal of an antitrust lawsuit accusing 10 large banks of overcharging investors on corporate bonds, saying the trial judge should have been recused because his wife owned stock in one of the banks.

(Reuters) - Toyota Motor North America posted an about 9.2% rise in second-quarter U.S. auto sales on Tuesday, aided by demand for its affordable and premium crossover SUVs.
The company, a unit of Japan's Toyota Motor Corp, sold 621,549 vehicles in the quarter, compared with 568,962 units a year earlier.
Sales of Toyota's SUVs, such as the Land Cruiser and 4Runner, rose nearly 8.6% from a year earlier.

VILNIUS (Reuters) - Lithuania's foreign ministry on Tuesday said it had made a diplomatic protest to Russia after a Russian civilian aircraft entered its airspace without permission.
The Pobeda airline aircraft entered Lithuanian airspace over the Baltic sea for a minute on Sunday evening, on its way from Moscow Vnukovo airport to Kaliningrad airport, the ministry said.
