RAMALLAH (Reuters) - At least four people were killed in an Israeli strike on the West Bank's Nur Shams refugee camp, the Palestinian health ministry said on Tuesday.
In its statement, the Israeli army said an "aircraft struck a terrorist cell in the area of Nur Shams while they planted an explosive device."

HOUSTON (Reuters) - The final member has been chosen for a three-person arbitration panel meant to settle Exxon Mobil's claim against Chevron's $53 billion purchase of Hess Corp, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters.
The panel's formation would be a milestone in a long-delayed process that has cast uncertainty over the mega-merger, which both Chevron and Hess had hoped would close in the first half of 2024.

Phil Schiller, the head of Apple's App Store and its former marketing chief, was chosen for the position, the report said.
The board arrangement will take effect later this year, and Schiller has not yet attended any meetings, according to the report.

BERLIN (Reuters) - German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Tuesday expressed concern over the political situation in France, where Marine Le Pen's far-right National Rally came out well ahead in a first-round vote of national snap elections.
The comments mark the first time Scholz, a Social Democrat, has expressed a clear political preference with regard to France.

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) -Rivian denied a media report on Tuesday that said the U.S. electric vehicle company was in early talks with Volkswagen to extend their partnership beyond a recently announced software joint venture.
Shares of Rivian dipped 1.5% in extended trade.
