BlueMountain hires Mahmood Reza as portfolio manager

E-mail(Reuters) - Alternative asset management firm BlueMountain Capital Management LLC said it hired Mahmood Reza as portfolio manager of global financials equity investments.
Reza, who joins from Omega Advisors, will manage BlueMountain's equity investments in global financials across a range of sub-sectors.
BlueMountain currently manages over $21 billion of assets.
