LOS ANGELES, July 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Xnergy Financial LLC, member FINRA / SIPC ("Xnergy"), has provided investment banking acquisition services to Solar Alliance of America ("Solar Alliiance") a leading provider of solar installation services in San Diego, leading to its acquisition by Finavera Wind Energy Inc. (TSX-V: FVR), which announced the acquisition on June 25, 2015.  Solar Alliance was acquired for a combination of cash and stock.
