Wells Fargo & Company Increases Common Stock Dividend

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced its board of directors approved a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.45 per share, payable Sept. 1, 2025, to stockholders of record on Aug. 8, 2025. The third quarter dividend represents an increase of $0.05 per share, or 12.5%, from the prior quarter.
