NEW YORK, April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced today that its board of directors has declared a common stock dividend of $0.01 per share for the second quarter of 2016. The dividend is payable on June 29, 2016, to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2016.
