(NYSE: VEC) announced today that, due to the emerging public health impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, will now be held in a virtual meeting format instead of an in-person meeting format.

The Proxy Statement Supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 10, 2020, which is being provided to shareholders of record as of March 12, 2020, describes how shareholders can participate in the virtual annual meeting.
