Varian to Discuss Agreement to Acquire Sirtex

PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Varian (NYSE: VAR) today announced that it will webcast a conference call to discuss the details of the agreement, also announced today, to acquire all the outstanding shares of Sirtex Medical Limited (ASX: SRX) ("Sirtex"). Sirtex is an Australia-based global life sciences company focused on interventional oncology therapies, that is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
