NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) authorized payment of a cash dividend of $1.08 per share, to be paid on June 25, 2019, to all shareholders of record of UnitedHealth Group common stock as of the close of business on June 17, 2019. This dividend represents a 20% increase over the quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share the Company paid since the second quarter of 2018. Future dividend payments are subject to Board approval and may be adjusted as business needs or market
conditions change.
