STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.79 per share of URI common stock. The dividend will be payable on August 27, 2025 to stockholders of record as of August 13, 2025.
