OCEANSIDE, Calif., Feb. 10, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Triangle Brass Mfg. Co., Inc. known in the trade as Trimco and headquartered in Oceanside, CA, announced today that it has completed the acquisition by President and CEO, Jason Bennett, and Vice President, Adam Matusz. Founded in 1949 and previously owned by the Simon family, Trimco serves more than 2,000 customers in over 20 countries and is known for high-quality architectural door hardware, personalized customer service, and innovative products.
