Time Inc. Board Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.19 Per Share

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Time Inc. (NYSE: TIME) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share payable on June 15, 2015 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2015.
