Threat Stack Names Brian M. Ahern as New Chairman & CEO

New Leadership Brings Wealth of Experience to Fast Growing Threat Stack, Inc.

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Threat Stack, Inc. the leader in continuous cloud security monitoring, today announced that its Board of Directors have appointed Brian M. Ahern as the company’s next Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1. Ahern, 47, was most recently Founder and CEO of Industrial Defender, a global leader in cyber security, compliance and change management solutions for industrial control systems; acquired by Lockheed Martin in April of 2014.

Since founding Industrial Defender, Inc. in 2002, Ahern was able to grow the company to serve more than 400 companies in 25 countries, building the brand into the global leader in security for industrial control systems. A pioneer in cyber security, Ahern is looking to apply his successful business and security experience, this time in the cloud security market with Threat Stack.
